WHAT IS CORE-MARK CURATED?

Core-Mark Curated is a new program that is seeking out start-up/emerging brands in a variety of categories that do not currently have a presence in the convenience store retail market but are looking to expand into this area of business.

WHEN IS CORE-MARK CURATED AND WHERE IS IT GOING TO BE HELD?

Core-Mark Curated will take place August 27-28, 2020. For the safety of all during COVID-19, Core-Mark Curated will be held as a VIRTUAL event.

APPLYING FOR CORE-MARK CURATED

WHO CAN APPLY FOR CORE-MARK CURATED?

Core-Mark Curated is open to start-up/emerging brands that currently do not have distribution in the convenience store retail industry with any distribution company. Certain submissions will be taken into consideration for start-up/emerging brands who independently distribute to a small number of stores or if a brand is only in a single brand of convenience stores not in our distribution channel currently.

WHY SHOULD I APPLY FOR CORE-MARK CURATED?

As a leader in convenience store distribution, we understand our industry. With our knowledge and expertise in marketing, distribution, merchandising, and operational areas of the business we want to help start-up/emerging brands break into the convenience store channel.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I AM CHOSEN TO BE PART OF CORE-MARK CURATED?

Brands chosen to take part in Core-Mark Curated will be notified via email August 10-12, 2020.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF CHOSEN TO BE A PART OF CORE-MARK CURATED?

Brands will be asked to send samples of product to our HQ in Westlake, TX where we will curate boxes for each of our divisions and for our Directors of Merchandising in order to sample products during the brand presentation/meeting. Along with samples, we will request you make a video introducing your brand and product to be placed in your “virtual booth” along with providing us with your creative style guide/logo.
